Directions Carbo BCAA

Dissolve by shaking 40g (1,5 measure) of the product in a drinking bottle with 250ml of water. On training days: one portion of 40g about 30 min. before training and 40g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 40g about 30 min. before the meal. Package contains a measuring scoop.
